Innovating the Plant based experience Since 2018

LesbiVeggies began in 2018 as a mobile meal prepping company started out of owner, Brennah Lamberts grandmothers (Grams) kitchen. Two years into operations, Lambert (22) had the vision of opening up a brick-and-mortar location to share her vegan and gluten free creations and desire for a food experience. In February of 2021, LesbiVeggies transitioned from a college side hustle to a full-service plant based, gluten free restaurant and caterer.

But the vision didn’t stop there.. Lambert wanted to take on yet another transition into what could be the beginning of the brands maturity. February 2025 marks the grand opening of a plant based lounge and artists venue that flows with groovy sounds, local talent, and flavor. Vegan gluten free food remains at LesbiVeggies urban roots as they aim to embrace creativity and community.
